Please use the form on this page to request any changes to your Everybody membership package, including:
- General Enquiries
Everybody Monthly members, or members who have completed 12 instalments on an Everybody Annual contract may cancel at any time. We ask for 7 days notice to ensure the cancellation is processed prior to our Direct Debit collection.
If you wish to cancel early, please note that unless there are severe circumstances (such as medical or moving house, for which we will request written evidence) there will be a fee to pay. Unlike other operators, we don’t charge for the full 12 months, we simply ask for the difference in price between our annual and monthly contracts for the number of months you have completed. The memberships team will advise you of your exact fee following your cancellation request. If you joined as part of a promotion and received a reduced price, this will also be factored in to the cancellation fee.
Remember to cancel your Direct Debit at your bank or through your online or telephone banking service as well.
Freezing Your Membership
Everybody Monthly members, or members who have completed 12 instalments on an Everybody Annual contract may freeze their membership at any time.Simply give us 7 days notice and an estimated time you will return. We normally freeze memberships for up to 3 months, but if you’re unable to return at the end of that time, just let us know and we’ll extend it.
If you are on an Everybody Annual membership, this can only be frozen for severe circumstances (such as medical or moving house, for which we will request written evidence).
You do not need to stop your Direct Debit at the bank if your membership has been frozen.
You can freeze your membership while you are away at university rather than rejoining every time you come home. Just let us know when you want the membership to stop and start around your university term time. The same rules around cancelling still apply for the Everybody Annual memberships though, over the course of your course, we need to collect a minimum of 12 instalments, even if this is over 3-4 years.
