Our classes

LES MILLS GRIT  Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-impact cardio workout that will take your body to the next level. Using your body weight and high-intensity interval training, LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio will blast fat, burn calories, and keep burning them for hours after, all while improving your athletic abilities.

Kettlercise is for all levels of fitness, beginner to advanced and is fun, quick and super effective! Kettlercise covers a huge range of kettlebell exercises. From basic moves to more advanced techniques, you’ll use high energy and target muscle groups like abs, glutes, arms and thighs and all with maximum effectiveness.

Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living.

Spin Classes can be a great way to get in a vigorous workout, burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape.

Core Strength & Body Conditioning strengthens muscles and improves your posture.

Pilates is a method of body conditioning. It’s a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises that work the entire body. Strengthen your core muscles, increase flexibility, firm buttocks/thighs, and improve your posture.

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

Aqua Fit is aerobics in water, suitable for all abilities including non-swimmers. This class reduces the impact on joints while the water resistance challenges the muscles.

Deep Water Aqua Fit uses unique flotation belts.  This is a latest in water aerobics.  A total body workout using water resistance eliminating impact and stress on joints.  It exercises your heart and lungs and boosts your cardiovascular system.

Yogafit is based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.

Military Fitness is a group fitness class designed to work on every aspect of the body. Combined with cardio, muscle strengthening and muscle definition, it is designed to push you to your limits. It’s hard, it’s demanding but its fun.

PiYo is a fun, challenging class fusing Pilates and Yoga. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance and get a great stretch! The class is a little different each time, but always a great workout!

Body Combat is a fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

Body Pump uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It can burn up to 540 calories*.
